COMPLAINT AND RESTITUTION FOR DAMAGES

Allegation 1: Over the past 10 years, the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) and The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals have conspired together in an attempt to forbid dog/cat/animal breeders from owning their animals. The HSUS has bragged on several occasions that they have passed over 1000 laws in the past ten years.

Allegation 2: Over the past ____ years, I have been a breeder of animals who has been directly disparaged by the HSUS and/or ASPCA. In the event that I have not been directly affected by name, I have been indirectly effected by the HSUS and ASPCA’s No Puppy Mill campaign which would include myself since Mr. Pacelle, CEO and President of HSUS said “every puppy miller is a responsible breeder”.

Allegation 3: The Humane Society of the United States’ CEO and President directly said that “all responsible breeders are puppy mills.” Mr. Pacelle, CEO and President of the HSUS, has directly asked Senators, Representatives, and even the President of the United States to further regulate out of existence all “puppy mills” which would include all responsible breeders. This would include myself since I am a responsible breeder even though I am breaking no laws and exercising my right to own property.

Allegation 4:   The Humane Society of the United States and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals launched an all out attack against when they requested that the United States Department of Agriculture further regulate all breeders who only ship ONE puppy. This has not only had a direct effect on my sales but, in essence, is an attempt at regulating breeders out of existence through the illegal use of lobbying by a non-profit charity.

Allegation 5: The Department of Treasury has directly allowed the Humane Society of the United States and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals to further their goal of “no animal breeding” by allowing these 501C(3) organizations to lobby our government excessively even after receiving thousands of complaints where some of those complaints were directed to Ms. Lois Lerner, a member of the Humane Society of the United States, and director of the Internal Revenue Service’s tax-exempt organization department.

EXPLANATION OF ALLEGATIONS

The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has launched a campaign that started well over 10 years ago to lobby our government to regulate and make illegal, breeding of animals. I am a breeder of animals and have been directly/indirectly attacked by the Humane Society of the United States for exercising my right to own property. (Please see lobbying abuses at www.memoryofchaucer.com/lobbymill.htm (Attachment 1)

To add to the fact that the Humane Society of the United States and The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has lobbied excessively and successfully passed laws, they launched an internet and public advertising campaign to disparage all breeders regardless of their social stature. There is not ONE responsible breeder listed on the HSUS or the ASPCA’s websites and neither organization has publicly announced any breeders that they consider responsible. In fact, they have orchestrated a campaign to remove animal breeders by lobbying the United States Department of Agriculture to forbid breeders from breeding without a license even so much as people who only breed for hobby purposes and receive no income. (Please see USDA regulations.gov http://www.Regulations.gov/#!documentDetail;D=APHIS-2011-0003-15373 (Attachment 2)

As recent as May 5, 2014, The HSUS has launched its “Puppy Mills and 101 Damnations” where the HSUS uses pictures of sad eyes dogs along with the ASPCA PUPPY Mill “busts” and raids http://www.aspca.org/fight-cruelty/field-investigations-and-response-team/puppy-mills (Attachment 3) in an effort to mislead the American people to believe that all animal breeders are bad. This is another form of lobbying along with the list of lobbying abuses by the HSUS and ASPCA that are listed at www.memoryofchaucer.com/lobbymill.htm (Attachment 1) and directly and indirectly affects my ability to not only own animals/property but also the ability to sell animals, a right granted to every citizen of the United States of America.

In May 2012, The ASPCA, represented by Ms. Deborah Dubow who was an USDA/APHIS employee up until January 2012 and working for the Animal Welfare Institute during the same time period, and the HSUS, represented by Tracie Letterman Director of Regulatory Affairs, met at the Office of Management and Budget with representatives from the United States Department of Agriculture, to begin enforcement process of the Retail Pet Store Rule that effects every breeder that ships one puppy or more. This rule was directly opposed by tens of thousands of individuals and breed clubs as can be seen at the comments at http://www.Regulations.gov/#!documentDetail;D=APHIS-2011-0003-15373 .

The conspiracy, an agreement between two or more persons to engage jointly in an unlawful or criminal act, or an act that is innocent in itself but becomes unlawful when done by the combination of actors, between the Humane Society of the United States and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has caused irreparable harm to my business/personal right to own and breed animals as well as financial destruction. I am asking for restitution of damages in the amount of _________________.

  1. I was curious if you ever considered changing the layout of your site? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?

  2. Hi there, i read your blog from time to time and i own a similar one and i was just wondering if you get a lot of spam responses? If so how do you reduce it, any plugin or anything you can recommend? I get so much lately it’s driving me mad so any help is very much appreciated.
