America the Great

She was once the land of the free, home of the brave, where buffalo roamed and antelope played. People were happy back in those days. There were no skyscrapers, newspapers, or Television. Through people, she started to become something great where people worked the land, made the crops grow, and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. One day, they thought it was a great idea to make laws for people to abide by. Good idea until people got greedy, stopped taking care of the land, failed to make the crops grow, and took everything she had until there was no heart left to take. She really loved her people but her people took advantage of what she had given them, all without thanks, without gratefulness, without so much as a nod to make her feel better. They enslaved her in the pursuit of the American dollar, not the American way.

Then one day, someone very wise saw how great she is, a little rough around the edges but just needed a little cleaning up after all the damage that had been done. He knew all that she had been through, and despite her resistance, he talked her through the rough spots, and made people proud to fly her flag.

People often talk about their rights, their thoughts, their opinions, and their life. America was actually born, does she not have rights? Look for a moment all that she gives us. If there were no land, would there be food? If there were no sky, would there be air? Could human life exist without land?

America is your neighbors and they are your partners in protecting the earth, the sky, and your universe. Treat them with kindness, forget about petty arguments, and try to work with them instead of fighting. If a person down the street needs a cup of sugar and you have a cup of sugar, give them a cup. That small gesture will be repaid 20 times more. A thank you not only provides the recipient with a smile but also shows you are grateful for their efforts. A neighbor who believes in these principals would never steal from you, give you a home if you should need it, and provide you with food if you are starving.  But, you should always beware of those who intend to deceive.

The Declaration of Independence contains the words “Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” to which everyone has the right. The pursuit of happiness does not come at the expense of others and there is no life or liberty if another’s happiness is stolen for your own personal gain.

It is not only your right to freedom of speech but also your right and obligation to defend that right and all others with every ounce of blood in your body when a “business” believes it is their right to take your rights or your neighbor’s rights. To do otherwise, shows a complete disrespect for those that gave their lives to live Free.

COMPLAINT AND RESTITUTION FOR DAMAGES

Allegation 1: Over the past 10 years, the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) and The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals have conspired together in an attempt to forbid dog/cat/animal breeders from owning their animals. The HSUS has bragged on several occasions that they have passed over 1000 laws in the past ten years.

Allegation 2: Over the past ____ years, I have been a breeder of animals who has been directly disparaged by the HSUS and/or ASPCA. In the event that I have not been directly affected by name, I have been indirectly effected by the HSUS and ASPCA’s No Puppy Mill campaign which would include myself since Mr. Pacelle, CEO and President of HSUS said “every puppy miller is a responsible breeder”.

Allegation 3: The Humane Society of the United States’ CEO and President directly said that “all responsible breeders are puppy mills.” Mr. Pacelle, CEO and President of the HSUS, has directly asked Senators, Representatives, and even the President of the United States to further regulate out of existence all “puppy mills” which would include all responsible breeders. This would include myself since I am a responsible breeder even though I am breaking no laws and exercising my right to own property.

Allegation 4:   The Humane Society of the United States and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals launched an all out attack against when they requested that the United States Department of Agriculture further regulate all breeders who only ship ONE puppy. This has not only had a direct effect on my sales but, in essence, is an attempt at regulating breeders out of existence through the illegal use of lobbying by a non-profit charity.

Allegation 5: The Department of Treasury has directly allowed the Humane Society of the United States and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals to further their goal of “no animal breeding” by allowing these 501C(3) organizations to lobby our government excessively even after receiving thousands of complaints where some of those complaints were directed to Ms. Lois Lerner, a member of the Humane Society of the United States, and director of the Internal Revenue Service’s tax-exempt organization department.

EXPLANATION OF ALLEGATIONS

The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has launched a campaign that started well over 10 years ago to lobby our government to regulate and make illegal, breeding of animals. I am a breeder of animals and have been directly/indirectly attacked by the Humane Society of the United States for exercising my right to own property. (Please see lobbying abuses at www.memoryofchaucer.com/lobbymill.htm (Attachment 1)

To add to the fact that the Humane Society of the United States and The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has lobbied excessively and successfully passed laws, they launched an internet and public advertising campaign to disparage all breeders regardless of their social stature. There is not ONE responsible breeder listed on the HSUS or the ASPCA’s websites and neither organization has publicly announced any breeders that they consider responsible. In fact, they have orchestrated a campaign to remove animal breeders by lobbying the United States Department of Agriculture to forbid breeders from breeding without a license even so much as people who only breed for hobby purposes and receive no income. (Please see USDA regulations.gov http://www.Regulations.gov/#!documentDetail;D=APHIS-2011-0003-15373 (Attachment 2)

As recent as May 5, 2014, The HSUS has launched its “Puppy Mills and 101 Damnations” where the HSUS uses pictures of sad eyes dogs along with the ASPCA PUPPY Mill “busts” and raids http://www.aspca.org/fight-cruelty/field-investigations-and-response-team/puppy-mills (Attachment 3) in an effort to mislead the American people to believe that all animal breeders are bad. This is another form of lobbying along with the list of lobbying abuses by the HSUS and ASPCA that are listed at www.memoryofchaucer.com/lobbymill.htm (Attachment 1) and directly and indirectly affects my ability to not only own animals/property but also the ability to sell animals, a right granted to every citizen of the United States of America.

In May 2012, The ASPCA, represented by Ms. Deborah Dubow who was an USDA/APHIS employee up until January 2012 and working for the Animal Welfare Institute during the same time period, and the HSUS, represented by Tracie Letterman Director of Regulatory Affairs, met at the Office of Management and Budget with representatives from the United States Department of Agriculture, to begin enforcement process of the Retail Pet Store Rule that effects every breeder that ships one puppy or more. This rule was directly opposed by tens of thousands of individuals and breed clubs as can be seen at the comments at http://www.Regulations.gov/#!documentDetail;D=APHIS-2011-0003-15373 .

The conspiracy, an agreement between two or more persons to engage jointly in an unlawful or criminal act, or an act that is innocent in itself but becomes unlawful when done by the combination of actors, between the Humane Society of the United States and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has caused irreparable harm to my business/personal right to own and breed animals as well as financial destruction. I am asking for restitution of damages in the amount of _________________.

Win, Lose, or Draw

My informal education through non-traditional means concerning law has been, well, I guess you could say a sort of “roller coaster” since the education is a real life experience. Many will tell you that trying to be your own lawyer in a case that involves you personally is not necessarily the wisest move. However, it can be an experience that shows the backbone a person has whether the outcome is win, lose, or draw.

When a person is a pauper and has no means to defend themselves with legal representation, the only option left is to be your own lawyer. When laws and regulations prevent friends from helping another friend, there is something seriously wrong with the law. I’ve run into just that sort of situation and instead of taking advantage of a friendship by asking the friend to bend the rules, my latest legal filings have been by my own hand.

Today I filed suit against some of the largest companies in the United States. Some may call me a fool but I only see it as bravery since what I wrote was The Truth, The Whole Truth, and Nothing but the Truth, So help me God. Through many tears and tissues, I drafted my own suit against the Humane Society of the United States, The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, United Parcel Service, The American Kennel Club, et al.

If anything, through all of this turmoil, I have gotten to know the most wonderful person in the world who has helped me more than anyone I have ever known, Mr. Franklin W. Losey. He has not only taught me about the law and how to write legal briefs but has been more supportive of my efforts and understanding of the attacks that I have undergone as an individual who has done everything in her power to protect the rights of the people of the United States. Those that know me, know I can be extremely stubborn, very headstrong, and downright opinionated. For Frank to put up with all of my BS tells you just how wonderful he really is.

While this is an extremely stressful time for me, I would be happy to help anyone that is being attacked by animal rights groups and cannot afford legal help. I’m no expert by any means but a reply of any kind is better than no reply at all. I’m not a lawyer and I’m not a paralegal but I do know how to type.

Win, Lose, or Draw…. at least I tried.

Due Credit

Sometimes, throughout life, you meet people who believe you are an exceptional person.  Oftentimes, they will be people in authority who have the ability to put permanent marks on your record that follow you around.  These marks can be good or bad.

Teachers will often say to a very bright student that they gave them a low mark to put a black mark on their record.  This can sometimes be good.  That teacher is often singled out when others view your record for employment or other purposes.  They call that teacher to understand what the problem was in his class.  More often than not, that teacher will give the highest praise upon that person who he gave a “black mark.”

But looking at the overall view, what if every teacher wanted to do that?  A person who deserves straight A’s throughout their school years would have received, for instance, all C’s.  Is this fair to the student when they go out to try to find employment and the first thing employers see is their report card?  Most often, employers have so many applicants that they only spend 5-10 minutes on an application.  They do not have the time to call every teacher to find out why that particular student received a low grade.

It is wrong for employers/teachers to expect their students/employees to do their work with outstanding excellence and then for those employers/teachers in return to “stab them in the back.”

Always give people the credit they deserve and never take credit for someone else’s work.

A tribute to Frank Losey

http://spotadotdot.weebly.com/my-page.html

Mr. Frank Losey is a wonderful person who has the best of intentions. There are always problems when two people meet. Everyone has their own idea of what is right and wrong. Those people learn from one another and sometimes the people are such strong willed people that they learn so much that they can actually do harm to each other.

Just for example. Frank and I both have very strong moral values. While we are both right and agree on most issues, we sometimes bend the rules just a little to help the other person. The problem is not that we bend the rules, it’s the rules themselves. If one person can not do what is right for another, then there is something wrong with the rule.

In my past, others have taken credit for things that I have accomplished. It set a very strong moral code in me that does not allow me to take credit for another persons writing. It is wrong for so many reasons, both good and bad. So here’s the catch 22, he is right and so am I. Frank wanted me to submit briefs that he wrote to a court without his name and signed by me. As everyone knows, he’s an attorney and has been for many years. The problem? Everyone thinks that is a very nice thing for Mr. Franklin W. Losey to do. You are right. However, there is supposedly a rule that prevents an out of state attorney from filing briefs in a state they are not licensed in even when they are doing work for free on behalf of a person with no income. I became aware of that rule and questioned Frank very directly along with questioning him about information that the opposing party gained knowledge of. Because of my very strong moral ethics, I could not submit paperwork to a court without making a note within the brief and in handwriting that I thought Mr. Franklin W. Losey was submitting paperwork to the opposing party and that Frank refused to file briefs that he had written. While these two issues are the main reasons that I had to notify the court that he wrote the briefs. I can not take credit for something that I did not write. I love him dearly and he is the best friend that I’ve ever had but our phone arguments did not persuade him to do the right thing. Not only did I notify the court, I sent him a copy of what I submitted so that he could be prepared to defend himself. It was one of the most difficult decisions that I have ever had to make.

I’ve been through this type of situation before when I defended the fact that I believe in doing what is right but not necessarily by the rules because the rules are not always right. Therein lies the problem and I hope that Frank will not only be very proud of me for doing what I have done but will help me fight the rule that was trying to make me decide between my very best friend’s trust and my ethics. Just because my friend is a lawyer, it should not prevent him from helping me when I live in another state just as a rule should never prevent people who care about each other from doing business together, loving one another just because a rule or regulation says they can’t. The rules are wrong, not the people who have to abide by them. It should not rip out my heart to be able to follow my strong moral code and to do what is right.

Thank you, Frank, for everything that you have done for everyone that is being persecuted by the rules and regulations of OUR government.

Easter Story update

Update: My name is not Jesus.  Please stop trying to hurt me.

I’ve been through hell in my life and fighting against those that are out to destroy this country has only brought me more hell. I’ve done it all from trying to work with people in the AKC, worked with people involved with animal research, worked with those that are involved with animal rights trying to make them see how they were only destroying their own living, tried to show proof of how research in animals has been tampered with and fraudulent results only provide poor medications to people, tried to give everyone an idea of what it’s like to be attacked by animal rights gangs that steal property from people because of their sanctimonious “helping the animals” slogan, tried to give all of my time, most of my money to the point that I’ve been declared a pauper, tried to show everyone how they lie and cheat the legal system, how they attack children through mind control, how they invade churches to turn a church against their own congregation, how they do all of these things and yet they are still here. They steal our food, our shelter, our religions, our rights, and our very souls because we are all so interested in putting that all mighty dollar in our pocket. As someone once said, “we have met the enemy, and the enemy is us.” We empower our government and have given them so much power that it has become corrupt.

I’ve spent the past six years of my life doing nothing but trying to help people. Trying to show them that just because someone is doing something you don’t particularly care for does not mean that they are bad people. It means they don’t understand what they are doing wrong. To treat people as if they are disposable is so wrong. Most that I have been around do not seem to understand is that when someone does something wrong, you don’t beat them. You help them understand. Sometimes it means that you, as the person that has been wronged, might take the blame for them but then they see exactly what they did to you because they see how much it hurts and what that feels like because they see your pain. If the person is someone who is really a good person and worth keeping as a friend, the pain that you feel is double for them. It’s a way of teaching in a non-violent manner. It’s something you don’t forget. This method not only makes the person a better person but also makes it easier for them to understand how it feels to stand in another person’s shoes.

Jesus died on the cross to teach this exact lesson. Happy Easter.

The below information was submitted to the IRS office back in December of last year. This is concerning the connections between KPMG, the American Kennel Club and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals/HSUS. KPMG is not only AKC’s auditor for previous tax returns but also the ASPCA. This information was submitted to the IRS case number 2014-002319

Having a Problem with Insurance?

If you have ever been a victim of an insurance company that won’t pay their bill and even if you haven’t……..Who realizes that the insurance you pay for is funneled (laundered) through a non-profit. My oh my. What a tale to tell. Check this out. Case#2014-002324

Indiana Farm Bureau is a 501 C 5 with revenue in 2011 of 9.6 million dollars on line 12 of their 2011 990 tax form page 1. IRS regulations state that a 501C5 organization can not inure to the benefit of any shareholder or member and that 501C5 organizations can not be organized for “for-profit” reasons. On Schedule R, Indiana Farm Bureau Inc. lists United Farm Family Insurance Co. and is the direct controlling entity of United Farm family Insurance Co. organized as a C corp. Share of total income was 12,054,997 in line (f) and Share of end-of-year assets of 1,923,783,468.00 THAT’S BILLIONS PEOPLE. Obviously, just by the amount of income from their “for-profit” insurance company, one can tell that the majority of the reason for organization is FOR PROFIT. Percentage of ownership by Indiana Farm Bureau of United Farm family Insurance is 100%.

Please contact your representatives to ensure that the integrity of the non-profit status of an organization is held to the highest of standards.

Dr. Arnold Goldman

Arnold L. Goldman DVM is on the Board of Directors of the NAIA and also the National Alliance of State Animal & Agricultural Emergency Programs (NASAAEP) and works for APHIS!

The NASAAEP, Board of Directors NAIA Arnold L. Goldman, has a yearly “symposium”.  In 2012, that symposium had a roll call of many interesting and distinguished people.  It included: Pamela Reid, speaking about how the ASPCA conducts their sheltering program. Dick Green, speaking about ASPCA costs for animal sheltering. Dan Harpster, speaking on behalf of APHIS. Mark Clark Pacific Northwest Region Director at USDA, Priscilla Fitzmaurice USDA, Mario Lerardi EPA discussing Animal Carcass Disposal Considerations.

This list doesn’t even include all the other government officials that spoke at that symposium which included reps. from the DOI, USFWS, FEMA, etc.

And according to Mrs. Strand’s (National Director/Founder of the NAIA) previous emails in which she told a member that was asking questions about “renewal”, NAIA could not promote any specific Congressman or legislation because “NAIA is a 501 c 3, which can not engage in “politics.”   However, just briefly going through the respected board members of the NAIA, almost every single one of them is a “legislative” something!!!!  And Dr. Arnold Goldman is on all three on the following: NAIA, USDA/APHIS (CT), AVMA, and NASAAEP.

Dr. Gerald Rushin, Veterinary Medical Officer United States Department of Agriculture, has had an interesting history.  The assistant director job [AVMA Washington bureau], vacated last August [2006]by Dr. Gerald Rushin, entails lobbying government agencies and Congress on matters related to homeland security, emergency response, food safety, pharmaceuticals and public health for veterinary medicine.

Arnold Goldman NAIA

Dr. Arnold L. Goldman “The story I am going to give you here today is more political and anecdotal..”  Dr. Arnold L Goldman is part of “The Department of emergency services and public protection Emergency Management and Homeland Security.”  His title is “ESF-11 Agriculture & Natural Resources (Animal Protection) Dr. Arnold Goldman”  Now I understand all this government title stuff can get a little confusing but if you stick to the main information,  Dr. Goldman is involved with the USDA/APHIS division since APHIS is the emergency response for the agricultural sector.

Hmmmm…..isn’t HSUS also the emergency response unit for APHIS????!!!!!!!!!

Protect the Innocent?

People used to care about their neighbors, their family, and their country.  Police officers used to protect the innocent.  In today’s world, it is okay for a non-profit humane society to panhandle money to kill a shelter dog but it is illegal for a mother to ask for work to feed her children.  Would anyone care to explain why those in “authority” positions, such as lawyers, mayors, State Representatives, and Senators, allow this to happen?
