In the past few years alone, a reduction in my income and/or defamation of my character has occurred through animal rights groups , such as the Humane Society of the United States, attacks on pet owners by using the phrase “puppy mill” in a manner such as the Klu Klux Klan used to violate the civil rights of a large class of citizens. I, as a breeder/pet owner, own and/or do business in a legal trade in the United States.  Owning animals provides food, clothing, and shelter which are the three basic necessities of life.

I consider the use of the term “puppy mill” as hate speech a direct attack on my ability to provide myself with food, clothing, and shelter, necessities of Life.  Those items are protected by the famous Declaration of Independence promise “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” July 4, 1776

I ask that this Court grant an Injunction against any person or corporation that uses the phrase “Puppy Mill” in a derogatory manner against animal owners and to protect the Copyright/Patent/Trademark owned by Kimberly  Sue Kraemer granted to her by the United States of America copyright/patent/trademark offices.

The Missouri Compromise

Owning an animal is legal in the United States!  They are our food sources.  Any attempt to prohibit that right is a Grave Human Abuse.

the Missouri Compromise unconstitutional because, among other reasons, an “act of Congress that deprived a citizen of his liberty or property merely because he came himself or brought his property into a particular territory of the United States, and who had committed no offence against the laws, could hardly be dignified with the name of due process of law.”

Simply owning an animal is not an offense against the laws of the United States.  They are your property just as your home is your property.

A law or regulation that prohibits one from owning legal property is Unconstitutional.

Obama Expenditures

Here in the heart of Indiana, we’re just a little slow….So, if someone could explain the Federal Election Campaign filing by Barack Obama in his Senate campaign finances income of $17,727.00 on February 25, 2009 (five days AFTER inauguration)transferred from “Obama for America” and  for expenditures all the way through  September 30, 2009 out of his Senate campaign finances while he was President for 9 months??????  Aren’t they suppose to complete business under other campaign finances as quick as possible instead of transferring money to campaign finance accounts After they win another seat…such as Senator to President!!!!!!

Woooooo Nelly! The Kentucky Derby

Last fall I wrote about the American Horse Council with all of their friendly connections to drug companies which I found very contradictory considering the American Horse Council was pleased with Rep. Ed Whitfield when he introduced the PAST Act.  The PAST Act is a piece of legislation to prevent owners from applying fly spray and preventing horses from eating wild mustard greens.  Yes, you read that right.  Please be sure to go out in the field to make sure your horse is not eating the wrong “grass.”

And then I had to wonder why the CEO of Pepsi was so upset concerning horse issues when they pulled out of the Tennessee Walking Horse SHOW a couple of years ago.  By golly, because it’s competition to the Kentucky Derby!  And Pepsi has its hands all over the Kentucky Derby!

But why does Pepsi care about some show that has nothing to do with race horses.  Because there are some big dollars to gain in the Kentucky Derby legislative arena and Ed Glasscock of the Law Firm Frost Brown and Todd wants to make sure his buddy Ed Whitfield is getting plenty of dough to run for reelection.

Rep. Whitfield is definitely interested in making sure we all stay healthy.  Out of the 1.5 Million dollars he has raised for the 2013-2014 season, almost ¼ of a Million came from the Health care/Pharmaceutical industries.  But then again, you have to understand the pharmaceutical companies.  You have to create a problem to funnel the money into the company’s bottom dollar profit.  So, we have to use our friends just a little to get things going.  How do we do that?

Well, you know those attorneys.  Most of them are out for a buck whichever way they can get it.  But let’s go for the big ones since they obviously have more “pull” than anyone else and an attorney connected to the horse industry would be great for a genetic test and some DNA samples that we need to make a drug test for Mustard. LOL!  I admit it.  I’m a mustard eater.

So who’s the biggest law firm connected to the Horse industry in Kentucky Derby area?  Frost Brown and Todd with chairman emeritus Ed Glasscock, you know the one that sent a middle aged little old lady a threatening letter telling her should couldn’t use information that she gathered on her own time.  He even has two lawyers specifically educated in the Horse Racing industry, Joel B. Turner and Paul E. Sullivan.  Those three look like great guys to get tight with.

Ed Glasscock is one heck of a horseman.  He owns Kentucky Wins lobbying organization to spread gambling throughout Kentucky.  FYI The horse race track is not about the horses.  It’s a marketing ploy to lure people into the casino.  Kentucky Wins help “craft..and adopt legislation” for Kentucky.  Funny that Representative Ed Whitfield has some horses that are Thoroughbreds and uses an account to do lobbying under Thoroughbred PAC to send money to some of his good friends.

Ed Glasscock hangs out with some of the most interesting people and his law firm represent some of the most famous organizations around including United Parcel Service and their namesake Big Brown who won the Kentucky Derby.  United Parcel Service was kind enough to donate $5000.00 to Rep. Whitfields account on Feb. 11, 2014.  Maybe the CEO of UPS and Rep. Whitfield are going to do the town out there in Beverly Hills on Aug 8th of this year and surely Mr. Pacelle, CEO of HSUS, would be happy to join them.

I’m sure Frost Brown and Todd—Mr. Glasscock will be sure that his Attorney’s Joel Turner and Paul Sullivan who specialize in “horsing” around will see that UPS’s namesake Big Brown will be fine in his retirement home.  I wonder how Big Brown is doing.  Where was that I heard he was at…the Black Beauty Ranch maybe?!  I think I remember reading somewhere that HSUS owns the Black Beauty Ranch or was that ASPCA.  You all are familiar with HSUS, the largest lobbying firm in the United States that felt so threatened by the voice of a middle aged little old lady that they just had to make a law to ruin her animal business when she started telling everyone about the connections between HSUS, Pepsi, President Obama, Toyota…my goodness the list keeps getting bigger and bigger.

Speaking of bigger and bigger, have you seen that account balance for HSUS.  Like….Woooooo Nelly.  Now I wonder why the IRS isn’t taking a look at that tax exempt organizations business finances when they obviously have more money than they know what to do with considering the fact that they provide Mrs. Whitfield with a hefty check to “pillow talk” with her husband about legislative issues.  But then, I suppose the IRS has more important things to do like audit a little old middle aged white lady that makes less than $10,000.00 a year in animal enterprises.  Even though Lois Lerner has “retired” she sure does have some strings.

And I really do have to wonder why Rep. Whitfield doing Beverly Hills

On Aug 8th of this year, Representative Ed Whitfield will be checking out the Beverly Hills according to his itinerary.  What is so amazing is how early you have to make your plans and give a down payment for your room in Beverly Hills.  I had no idea the requirements were so strict.  Twenty Grand in just a little over 2 months to the Beverly Hills Hotel to get ready for his $1500.00 per individual Fundraiser!

Talkin’ ’bout Whitfield

Everyone is talking about Representative Ed Whitfield these days…and for good reason.  When Rep. Whitfield took money from HSUS where his wife works as a lobbyist, that was not lobbying.  Lobbying is when a person who is paid to contact representatives TALKS with the Representative.  Bribery is when someone pays a person to vote/do something.  When Rep. Whitfield said his wife did not “lobby” him on the horse issue concerning soring, he was quite honest.  When he said that he was already swayed to that issue, he was correct.

Mr. Keith Dane is the “head hauncho” at HSUS for horse issues.  Mr. Dane is really considered a “lobbyist” by any stretch of the imagination and that doesn’t take much.  The USDA is a government office and anyone that is contacted by a person to influence their decision is “lobbying”.  But what about when those people within the Government Departments are your friends….Ah ha! Conspiracy!  Check out how friendly Mr. Keith Dane, Connie-Harriman Whitfield (Rep. Ed Whitfield’s wife-lobbyist for HSUS) is with those in the USDA that have the capability to give someone a federal violation for stepping in the wrong direction…

Wrong email address

Lesson to be learned from typing the wrong email address:

A Minneapolis couple decided to go to Florida to thaw out during a particularly icy winter.  They planned to stay at the same hotel where they spent their honeymoon 20 years earlier.  Because of hectic schedules, it was difficult to coordinate their travel plans.  So, the husband left Minneapolis and flew to Florida on Thursday, with his wife flying down the following day.  The husband checked into the hotel.  There was a computer in his room, so he decided tosend an email to his wife.  However, he accidentally left out one letter in her email address, and without realizing his error, sent the email.

Meanwhile, somewhere in Houston, a widow had just returned home from her husband’s funeral.  He was a minister who was called home to glory following a heart attack.  The widow decided to check her email expecting messages from relatives and friends.  After reading the first message, she screamed and fainted.  the Widow’s son rushed into the room, found his mother on the floor, and saw the computer screen which read:

To: My loving wife

Subject: I’ve arrived

Date April 6, 2006

I know you’re surprised to hear from me.  They have computers here now and you are allowed to send emails to your loved ones.  I’ve just arrived and have been checked in.  I see that everything has been prepared for your arrival tomorrow.  Looking forward to seeing you then.  Hope your journey is as uneventful as mine was.

Responsibility

An observation:

Within the past several years the “resignations” of those in Senior positions in Federal Agencies under President Barack Obama’s control have skyrocketed!  They have been replaced with “new” Senior staff nominated by President Obama.  Now why on earth would anyone think that President Obama is not responsible for all of this “wrongdoing.”

Firearm anyone?

Here’s something someone sent me awhile back.  This shows you just how dangerous we can be to ourselves with strict firearm legislation:

The rate in D.C. (among others) is 80.6 per 100,000.

That means that you are about 25% more likely to be shot and killed in our nation’s capitol, which has the strictest gun control laws in the nation, than you are in Iraq.

Conclusion: We should immediately pull out of Washington D.C.

AKC: Friend or FOE

The Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act (AETA)was designed to prevent harm to the Agriculture Industry because it is our protection for our companion animals and Food source.  One would think that the AKC would understand what the AETA is and was designed for.  Although, I had I my doubts a few years ago when they wouldn’t prosecute an animal rights display in the middle of Westminster.  Instead of defending the AETA, the AKC actually denigrates it and the person that has received a death threat, violent death of one of her animals, trespassing, breaking and entering of her home etc.   The below is an excerpt from a  legal filing on behalf of the AKC in regards to the violations mentioned in the previous sentence:

“the AETA, criminalizes ‘force, violence, and threats involving animal enterprises.’ ……The AETA ‘was passed to combat “violent acts” such as “arson, pouring acid on cars, mailing razor blades, and defacing victims’ homes.’ It is not intended to prohibit lawful expressive conduct or ‘to create new remedies for interference with activities protected by the free speech or free exercise clauses of the First Amendment to the constitution, regardless of the point of view expressed, or to limit any existing legal remedies for such interference.'”

For all those that think they are being helped by the AKC, please read this again.

State of the Union

There is so much work to do here that I could work for the next 24 hours straight and still not be done.  But I just thought of some amusing information.

There are so many stories in the news lately that tell everyone how the President’s rating is dropping.  The only consolation for this to the President is that I notice how the ratings seem to drop for all Presidents toward the last year or 1 1/2 years of their term.

The stories available concerning how the President is doing his job are not good.  Even when the World was on the hunt for Osama Bin Laden, I can’t recall anywhere near that many stories about so many different topics that were so negative.

I suppose we could look at this in a positive way.  We only have another 1 1/2 years of this President’s term, if that.  The next President is going to look like an angel even if he/she spends the entire four years in the Bahamas doing nothing but drinking Tequilla.  The only way the state of the Union could get any worse is if the next President sits in the Oval Office with a T-Shirt that says Terrorist.  Well, I don’t know.  Perhaps that would be better, at least they would be honest.

Write Way!

We the people are all individuals and have our own ideas of right and wrong. The majority of us agree on the basic moral values which are supposed to create the laws that we abide by. There are many people who we don’t fully understand because of either a lack of knowledge in a certain field or because we are unaware of facts that have not been fully revealed. The right way is not always the easy way and can sometimes cause great distress. When you believe in something as strongly as George Mason did, right or wrong, you should stand by your belief until someone proves you either right or wrong. While Mr. Mason’s name may not be the most famous in American history, his beliefs are the most quoted beliefs in history. O’mission

There has been very little time to write on our blog lately because of work that I’ve been doing in other areas.  Before reading the below, please remember that I am not a lawyer but just some good old fashioned Common Sense.

There are thousands upon thousands of laws and there isn’t one person who could know them all.  Thousands of laws are written every year.  To keep up with all of them would be next to impossible to work a job, take care of a family, and have time for fun.  That right there shows everyone that there are just too many laws in this county.  “Ignorance of the law is no excuse” doesn’t apply anymore.  If you walk up to a Judge and ask him to recite the meaning of a law that you pick out of a book that no one has heard of, he’d look at you with a very red face and have to honestly say “I don’t know” most of the time.

I’ve been reading some writing done by an attorney and it almost makes a sane person laugh.  They quote case history and numbers that make sense to no one but those in their circle.  That’s not law.  That’s another language that is spoken in the United States, kind of along the lines of Spanish, only certain people in the States actually understand it.

Like I said earlier, I ain’t no lawyer.  I’m a little farmer girl who loves animals that has an ounce or two of common sense.  When I write to the court, most of my information is based upon the law itself, like stealing is not legal and bribery is a felony.  Replies that I receive from lawyers are: In Monsanto Vs. Pepsi the judge ruled that the situation in this case is not applicable to the law.  If you read that sentence in English, it means that some judge somewhere thought that one person was right and another was wrong.  So What!  The lawyer did not apply the law.  They relied on what someone else said in another courtroom in who knows what year with ruling by a Judge that might not have been correct.  What lawyers do these days should be illegal.  It’s a form of a high school rumor machine.

The law is not supposed to be manipulated by what another Judge says or thinks.  The ruling is supposed to be on what is right or wrong in the case before the Judge.  Most people aren’t people who intentionally break the law.  Most people are very law abiding and try to do what is right.  I wish I could say that about lawyers.  I’m sure there are a few but they are few and far between.  A lawyer is an officer of the court and responsible for telling the truth.  Omission of the facts is the same as LYING when the omission causes an injustice.

The one that really got my goat was ….Well, I had already sent the order out and I knew it was wrong but there wasn’t anything I could do about it.

“I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands,One Nation, Under God, Indivisible, for Liberty and JUSTICE FOR ALL.” This does NOT say and Justice only for Lawyers.

There have been many prominent events in my life that effect what I believe.  In recent years, there have been many events where I could have legally sued another to my gain.  I refrained from those actions on the grounds that I believe that people are basically good.  People get into situations where they are misled, make mistakes, and feel they are backed into a corner.  I prefer to give people a chance to make things right on their own instead of having a judge force someone to do what is right, until recently when “the law” has refused to defend my rights granted to me and every citizen in the United States by the Constitution of the United States.

The majority of us believe that the law is to protect those who are innocent and I believe(d) that also.  My view of the law is really for law enforcement to seek charges against a person who has committed a crime.  It should not be left up to individuals to protect their rights, i.e. the reason for a police force.  If someone has stolen something from you, law enforcement should be responsible for prosecuting that individual.

Let’s step this up to a higher level.  Theft is not only where someone enters your home to take your belongings.  Theft, in modern day, has become law.  Money is property and yours to do with as you choose.  When the law forces you to buy an item, it is “legal theft”.  If someone told you that you had to buy a box of Kleenex, regardless of the reason, you would tell them where to go.  If someone told you that you had to buy a bicycle, again, you would tell them where to go.  Many of today’s laws are designed around this very principal.

Examples:

If you want to own more than 5 dogs, you must buy $25,000.00 worth of renovations to your home. Beneficiary: Construction workers and those who produce dog enclosures.

If you want to own a vehicle an park it on your property(not operate it), you must buy a license plate.  Beneficiary: Government

If you want to operate a small vehicle, you must buy insurance. Beneficiary: Insurance Companies

If you operate a small vehicle, you must have/wear/install seat belts or be fined.  Beneficiary: Local Governments, Vehicle Manufacturers

If you want to live, you must buy health insurance. Beneficiary: Insurance Companies

Etc. etc……  These are all “excuses” to force you to buy a product or spend money (property)

The Fourth Amendment to the United States of America Constitution “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probably cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

The law is a funny thing.  It can be used and twisted to mean almost anything you want it to mean.  But, let’s take the line that is in bold and expand.  Forcing someone to buy a product from another person or business is a form of seizure.  And  how do lawmakers think this legal?  They make you believe it is a safety issue.  For instance, lawmakers tell you that everyone must have insurance to drive a vehicle in order to protect others, a safety issue.  But is it really?

Drivers that do not have insurance would logically be more careful than those who do have insurance.  So what is the real reason?  Bankruptcy.  If someone has an accident that is more than they can cover, the person files bankruptcy.  So, it’s a form of protecting the state.  But is that the only reason?  Nope.  Representatives make tons of money off of lobbyist.  Lobbyist represent many special interest groups and one of those who spends millions and millions of dollars on lobbying our Government is Insurance Companies!  Those Insurance Groups are in Business to SELL insurance.  Their lobbyist do their darndest to make sure laws are passed that force you to buy insurance policies.  Year by year those requirements are increased taking more and more of your “disposable” income. This is unreasonable seizure of your property! Those lobbyist become friends with those who sit on the committees that decide if the proposed law is “good for the american public.”  They persuade their “committee friends” and lawmakers that it’s a safety issue, the committee agrees, and recommends passing the law.  Lawmakers pass the law because they are worried about being re-elected and don’t want to be seen as someone who doesn’t want to protect the public.  In other words, Politically Correct which by the way is INCORRECT.

As a person who now has no disposable income, I am tired of lawmakers telling me that taking of property is legal.  I am tired of being forced to buy certain products so that their “friends” can make an extra buck.  I am tired of being “taxed” just for being alive or forcing others to provide for me just because I cannot afford health insurance mandated by our government when our government gives non-profit tax exempt status to HOSPITALS, a BUSINESS that operates FOR-PROFIT on medical research that is Fraudulent!~ when I wouldn’t visit the local hospital willingly if my life depended on it.

Chief Justice Roberts “Construing the Commerce Clause to permit Congress to regulate individuals precisely because they are doing nothing would open a new and potentially vast domain to congressional authority.  …….The Commerce Clause would give Congress the same license to regulate what people do not do…..The Framers knew the difference between doing something and doing nothing. They gave Congress the power to regulate commerce, not to compel it.  Ignoring that distinction would undermine the principle that the Federal Government is a government of limited and enumerated powers.”

His words should ring in your ears over and over.  This means that government can regulate a business but cannot force people to buy into the business.  Insurance is a product.  States that force people to buy insurance are forcing people to BUY a product to protect themselves from unknown future circumstances that may or may not happen whether that be health or car insurance by using scare tactics. This is the equivalent of a fortune teller saying that you must visit her 3 times per week and pay $100.00 per visit to prevent a disaster from happening to you.

Government that does business with a business and forces you to buy the products of that business is illegal in the United States, its call EXTORTION: illegal use of one’s official position or powers to obtain property, funds, or patronage.  AKA:  A SHAKEDOWN.  When you are forced to hand over property in order to abide by laws that benefit another, it is an unreasonable seizure.  Who has bought insurance for years and years claim free(my hand is up), only to be turned down when making a claim?  Insurance companies hire lawyers to write their contracts which benefit the companies themselves and leave every instance possible to deny every claim they can.

You are forced by your government to buy a product that does not even do what it is are legally required to do.

Recently, I was involved in an automobile accident where I was obviously not at fault and did not have insurance.  Insurance company law firms came after me personally based on that fact alone. During the hearing, the judge said “this would have been easier if you would have had insurance.”  Would someone care to explain how “this” would have been easier?  Regardless as to whether or not you are defended in court on your own behalf or have a lawyer representing you and a multi-billion dollar insurance company, how does that prove or disprove your innocence?   I’ve driven millions  of miles accident free and buying insurance as an accident free driver is like an atheist being required to buy a bible.  If I were responsible for an accident, I would own up to that.  However, just because I didn’t buy a product that someone wanted me to buy, law firms and insurance companies have sued me personally.  Let’s see, would you like me to buy your home because you can’t sell it and I am homeless?  I’m sure we could think of a law that requires that.

And why do you think the insurance companies came after me personally and asked the judges for “summary judgment” in order for the witnesses to “not be present” when a driver involved in the accident said “the insurance company was going after Ms. Kraemer because she had no insurance”, not because of fault?  So they could use the accident as a statistic to say that “the sky is falling”.  Look at these accidents that took place where all these citizens were not protected.  We need to increase the laws concerning uninsured motorist.  Right back to where we started with lobbyist going to lawmakers to increase laws in order for the “manufacturer of the product” to receive MORE business and More of YOUR MONEY

The Constitution of the United States comes first.  Any laws made are made under the Constitution.  It is illegal for anyone to force you to buy a product.
