Christmas Card to your Reps

Anyone that wants to send a Christmas Card to your Representatives, you are welcome to copy and paste this one:

The Humane Society of the United State (HSUS) started experimenting with a “drug” called PZP[ZonaStat-H].  At first, the experiment was restricted to deer and horse that were isolated from the population.  As the animal experiment progressed, HSUS started using PZP [ZonaStat-H] on Free Roaming deer and horses while being listed as an “experimental drug” by the FDA.  PZP [ZonaStat-H], as of January 30,2012, is registered by the Environmental Protection Agency as a Pesticide.  EPA Registration Number 86833-1.

The Government Accountability Project (GAP) “Drug companies are required to report basic information about antibiotic sales to the FDA under the Animal Drug User Fee Act (ADUFA). Such information includes how much of each drug is sold; whether the drugs are formulated for use in feed, water, or by injection; and the animals for which each drug is approved.”  “FDA considers deer to be a potential food source.  …… FDA regulations require the submission of data to demonstrate no risk to humans from eating vaccinated deer.”

The HSUS is currently working in partnership with the BLM on a landmark study, financed in part by a grant from the Annenberg Foundation[$327,000 in 2010], designed to determine the efficacy and cost-benefits of using the immunocontraception vaccine commonly known as porcine zona pellucida (PZP) [ZonaStat-H] to manage wild horse and burro populations on the range. PZP[ZonaStat-H]  was recently registered by the Environmental Protection Agency under the brand name ZonaStat-H for this use.” PZP[ZonaStat-H]  is owned by the HSUS registered as a pesticide by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).  EPA Registration Number 86833-1 and Date of Issuance was January 30, 2012.

“The PZP [ZonaStat-H] vaccine was shown to block pregnancies in captive white-tailed deer as early as 1990. Since that time, numerous projects have been mounted with free-roaming deer in MD, NJ, NY, CT, WA, VA and OH.” Note very clearly: PZP labeled as vaccine was used on “FREE-ROAMING DEER”!  A “vaccine” that is registered as a Pesticide and used on wild or free-roaming deer and horses.   ZonaStat-H is a pesticide that is not to be ingested.

Directly on the approved registration form for PZP (AKA ZonaStat-H), “DO NOT APPLY THIS PRODUCT TO FOOD OR FEED. Do not apply ZonaStat-H to horses or burros being used as food.”  If ZonaStat-H cannot be applied to horses or burros being used for food, ZonaStat-H cannot be applied to wild deer or wild horses or burros.  Hunting is still legal in the United States.

According to the Centers for Disease Control, “A poison is any substance that is harmful to your body when ingested (eaten), inhaled, injected, or absorbed through the skin.”

Published on October 26,2010 in the PLOS one journal from the US National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health was an article about PZP, ZonaStat-H.  “Each injection includes 100 micrograms of PZP with an adjuvant (combined at the darting site). Initial doses include Freund’s Complete Adjuvant, Modified, Mycobacterium butyricum (Calbiochem #344289). All succeeding doses include Freund’s Incomplete Adjuvant (Sigma #F5506).”   Freund’s incomplete Adjuvant toxicology information includes “May be Carcinogenic.”

The right hand does not pay attention nor care what the left hand is doing.  PZP is a POISON.

EPA evaluates new and existing chemicals and their risks, and finds ways to prevent or reduce pollution before it gets into the environment.

Summary of the Toxic Substances Control Act

15 U.S.C. §2601 et seq. (1976)

•Issue Significant New Use Rules (SNURs), under Section 5, when it identifies a “significant new use” that could result in exposures to, or releases of, a substance of concern.

•Require, under Section 8(e), that any person who manufactures (including imports), processes, or distributes in commerce a chemical substance or mixture and who obtains information which reasonably supports the conclusion that such substance or mixture presents a substantial risk of injury to health or the environment to immediately inform EPA, except where EPA has been adequately informed of such information.

The EPA has approved the use of a poisonous pesticide on animals that are legally hunted in the United States.  To make matters worse there is a “draft package insert for ZonaStat-H that says “each responsible authority for wild horses and/or burros intended to be treated with ZonaStat-H must sign a certification of use prior to the administration of the vaccine to any animals.  The certification statement is attached to this package insert.”  In other words,  they want to make sure that any person that applies the pesticide knows that ZonaStat-H is a pesticide that is not to be used on a food source.

HSUS is not just using the pesticide in the United States.  They inject the same pesticide to elephants in Africa.  Elephants are a FOOD source in Africa.  In 2010, HSUS per their tax return sent 18,215.00 to Sub Sahara Africa for the Makalali Contraception program.  The Humane Society International, a division of the HSUS, “Using a vaccine that currently treats more than 112 mammals, including deer and wild horse populations in the United States, immunocontraception occurs in female elephants who receive a dose of the protein porcine zona pellucida.”  112 different kinds of mammals POISONED.

As per the EPA guidelines, I am now informing you that you are poisoning our food.  What do you intend to do about this?
